2012 Olympics Day 4: Michael Phelps record winner, Zara Phillips wins silver

Top news coming in today to an overcast San Francisco is about Day 4 of the 2012 Olympics.
There were many great competitions but two of the most exciting results were that Michael Phelps won his 19th medal and Zara Phillips's team won the silver medal in the equestrian showjumping.
The horse that won for Zara Phillips team was named High Kingdom.
San Francisco resident, Anne Witham, says: "So delighted to hear that Zara Phillips' team has won. I know it was her own mother, Princess Anne, who gave them the silver medal. That's very fitting if you ask me. I know the British Royals are really into their horse sports."
In terms of the swimming, Michael Phelps, who is already a swimming star, made Olympic history by winning his 19th medal.
"I love that Michael Phelps is making history. My own kids are dyslexic and I know that Michael Phelps is ADHD. His mother put him in the pool as a way to use up all that energy he has. It has certainly paid off! Michael Phelps will now be the banner child for ADHD and even ADD kids everywhere. It shows just what people with learning differences can achieve," says Anne Witham.

Michael Phelps Makes History: Medal No. 19
NOBODY HAS MORE OLYMPIC MEDALS
He may not be minting gold as he did at the last Olympics, but Michael Phelps is still making history. The US swimmer picked up a gold and a silver today to bring his career Olympic total to a record 19 medals, reports USA Today. (He's got another silver and two bronzes to go with his 15 golds.) Phelps beat the record of 18 held by former Russian gymnast Larissa Latynina when his 200-meter relay team won. Earlier, he finished second in the 200 butterfly to South Africa's Chad le Clos.
